REST API outage (V1 only) and website incident

At 2019-12-02 21:35:00 UTC, we identified an issue with our V1 data collection service which resulted in an 2- hour gap in the following API products:

- GWA Intraday historic (V1 only, V3 unaffected)
- MWA Intraday historic (V1 only, V3 unaffected)

Our Website charts were also affected during the period of outage.

We have fixed the issue and all systems are operational as of 2019-12-02 23:30:00 UTC.

We are continuing to monitor our systems to ensure system stability.
